Barolo, "Riva del Bric", Paolo Conterno
From slightly younger vines in the best exposed area of Ginestra, the Riva Del Bric is one of the best values to be found in Barolo. The grapes are hand harvested near the end of October and are macerated for almost three weeks. It ages for 30 to 36 months in 35 HL French Oak casks. 1,666 cases produced.
